If you employ someone with Asperger’s, you might wish to have a greater understanding and awareness of the strengths and challenges this person might bring to the workplace. Hawkins Institute’s employment consultants can come to your work site to present a short educational seminar which will cover the basics of Asperger Syndrome, common strengths and challenges, how to communicate effectively and how support the employee’s transition into his or her job successfully.
Duration: 30 to 45 minutes

Hawkins Institute’s consultants are experts in finding solutions for problems someone with Asperger’s might experience in the workplace. If you have a staff member with Asperger’s whom you feel could improve or expand his or her performance or appears to be struggling in any area of the job, we are available to assess the situation and map out a solution.
